Here are some cupcakes I made for Hot 97's own Funk Master Flex and his crew...I also made specialized cupcakes for Ms. Angie Martinez, DJ Enuff and DJ Mister Cee....I forgot to make the Lovely Miss INFO personalize cupcake, but she will definitely get a special one next time :)

The spectacular Macy's July 4th fireworks display will light up the sky over the Hudson River in NYC for 2011. The 2011 Macy's fireworks show will feature more than 40,000 shells exploding at a rate of more than 1,500 per minute and fireworks reaching heights of 1,000 feet in the air. At approximately 9:20 pm on July 4th, the 26-minute display will be set off from six barges positioned between 20th and 55th Streets on the Hudson River. That's two full miles of sky, providing for greater visibility of the show for millions more spectators.

The trademark Macy's "Golden Mile" fireworks effect, featuring a shower of golden sparks stretching a mile across the river, will be enhanced this year with additional mile-long showers of sparkling red and green.
"Gift of Freedom" is the theme of the 2011 fireworks spectacular and the event will pay special tribute to the 125th anniversary year of the Statue of Liberty. The score will feature pop songs from stars Taio Cruz, Everclear, Jennifer Hudson, Katy Perry and LeAnne Rimes. In addition, Broadway stars Anika Noni Rose and Karen Olivo will pay tribute to the "Lady in the Harbor" with a bilingual rendition of the original song Gift of Light.

This year, in anticipation of the passage of a new law legalizingsame sex marriage in New York State, extra special celebrations kicked off in New York on Saturday, June 18, with the annual rally at Central Park's Summerstage at 72nd Street & 5th Avenue beginning at 4PM.
Next followed the annual "Rapture on the River: A Women's Dance" scheduled for Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 13th Street on the Hudson River, followed by the BIG EVENT on Sunday with a parade down Fifth Avenue beginning at noon on June 26, 2011 — marching from 36th Street and heading south to Christopher Street in Greenwich Village. http://www.chiff.com/articles/gay-pride-parade.htm

On May 11, 2011, I attended a viewing at Lounges Le Velour for a new underwear line called SpoiledBodi designed by Domanic Gill. While we watched the SpoiledBodi girls model the new collection; guest enjoyed Reena Treats....we provided lemon cupcakes with butter cream frosting and red velvet cupcakes with a cream cheese top.
